Nur Meisler is an award-winning bassoonist living and working in Berlin.

A member of Karajan-Akademie from 2022 until 2024, he has played as a regular guest in the Berliner Philharmoniker and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. He has won numerous competitions, including the Muri Competition.

Nur has performed with the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra, the Konzerthaus Orchestra, the Radio Symphony Orchestra of Berlin and as solo bassoon in the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra and in numerous ensembles, such as Ensemble Resonanz. His solo repertoire includes works by Vivaldi, Saint-Saëns, Strauss, Poulenc, Telemann, Mozart, Haydn, and others.

His professors include Mor Biron, Stefan Schweigert, Klaus Thunemann and Volker Tessmann.
